style="margin-bottom:16px; text-align:start; -webkit-text-stroke-width:0px">＊為配合武漢肺炎防疫措施，本校109學年度一年級新生報到採多元報到方式，請新生家長自3月23日起擇一方式完成報到手續。

• 網路線上報到：

報到時間：3月23日起至4月10日止，請先將學生戶口名簿拍照或掃描

1. 按我 填寫網路Google表單 (需登入Google帳號)
2. 按我查詢  請1~2個工作天後上網查詢是否完成報到

•  以郵寄方式報到

報到時間：3月23起至4月8日止

1. 按我 下載報到文件
2. 請將報到文件連同戶口名簿影本或戶籍謄本 寄送下方地址
3. 按我查詢  請4~5個工作天後上網查詢是否完成報到
